2022-2023 School Theme Focuses on Making Disciples for Life

“And Jesus came and said to them, ‘All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.'”

Every year we implement a school theme that we use to anchor our focus together with other Lutheran schools nationwide.  This year's theme is Making Disciples for Life. Historically and presently, Lutheran schools are integral to Making Disciples for Life through the opportunity to share Jesus’ amazing love with children and their families.  Your school is an amazing incubator for faithful witness of God’s love for us through Christ and through teachers and students alike. Throughout this upcoming school year, the emphasis will be placed on how we are called us to make disciples for His kingdom.  Your student will be learn how to make disciples for life through student worship and classroom studies. Your family can also carry this focus into your daily lives by caring for others, service to your school and community, and by sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ with people in your everyday lives.

Alumni News Coming in September

Did you know we will be publishing an OSCA alumni quarterly newsletter starting in September? All alumni need to check their emails for our first installation of The Alumni News. This newsletter is all about our amazing alumni.

"Thank you for beginning a good work in our daughter by providing a nurturing Christian environment to grow her faith, work ethic, and knowledge. Based on the firm foundation she received from OSCA, she is now prepared to move onto the next chapter at Concordia University, Seward this fall."
