OSCA Celebrates Famous Author's Birthday
One fish, two fish, red fish, blue fish. We all know the charming rhymes of Dr. Seuss. However, it was the OSCA preschool class who not only learned these beloved verses, but also got to see, taste, and experience the glorious creativity of Dr. Seuss. "We plan for this day every year from making crafts in art, doing math by working on graphing and reading Dr. Seuss books all week long." noted OSCA preschool teacher Mrs. Hall. "It’s fun preparing for his birthday week. "
The teachers love seeing the kids’ faces when they see their friends dressed in their favorite character. Kids wore shirts showing off Lorax, The Grinch, One Fish Two Fish, Thing 1 & Thing 2, Cindy Lou Who and many “Cat in the Hat” hats. The morning of Dr. Seuss's birthday, the class had deli ham and green eggs for their snack while the teachers read the book, “Green Eggs and Ham”. "Some students wouldn’t even try the green eggs," stated Mrs. Hall, "but there was a lot of laughter watching the ones that tried a bite and liked it. "
There is much fun planned for the class when it comes to celebrating ST. Patrick’s Day. Children will set up traps to capture those zany leprechauns!

| OSCA Drama Production of Friends
This year's spring drama production will take you back almost thirty years to when we first met the Friends gang- Rachel Green, Phoebe Buffay, Monica Geller, Ross Geller, Joey Tribbiani, and Chandler Bing.
